We are eeproperty, a young, fast-growing PropTech company based in the Lausanne region. We develop and market new technological solutions for the real estate sector, with the aim of simplifying the daily lives of tenants, management companies and owners. While our flagship product is already a “must-have” in Switzerland, we are looking for talented Business Developers in the Neuchâtel/Jura and Fribourg/Valais regions to strengthen our team and consolidate our leading position, increase the distribution of our new products and increase our market share.
Your contribution:
As a Business Developer, your main objective will be to acquire new customers in one of the above-mentioned regions and increase our market share by growing sales of our products and services.
At the same time, you will actively participate, with all team members, in the development and implementation of sales and customer acquisition strategies. Concretely, this means that you:
- Identify business opportunities and actively prospect.
- Detect needs and the problem(s) to be resolved in order to qualify sales opportunities.
- Will support in the management as well as growth of existing and future accounts.
- Will organize sales meetings with new prospects/customers.
- Will contribute to the optimization of sales processes and their indicators.
- Identify and take part in events (trade fair, webinar, conference, workshop, etc.)

You are described as persevering and constantly motivated to achieve ambitious goals. You are flexible and sensitive to new technologies and the real estate sector interests you.
Your profile:
- You have experience and recognized results in a similar role
- You have great formal and informal communication skills.
- You are recognized for your ease in understanding and analyzing the needs and challenges of business development.
- You have a good understanding of CRM approaches and its tools
- You are a native French speaker with ideally very good knowledge of Swiss German or German
- You have a valid driver's license (travel required)
