Your Role

Be part of a growing business! We're looking for multiple Claims Specialists - CTP to join our high-energy team based out of Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney)

You'll manage a portfolio of claims for customers who have sustained a physical or psychological injury because of a motor accident.

You'll be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5pm, This role offers great flexibility, with a requirement to work from the office at least one day per week. You'll be provided with an excellent training program and a clear career progression path.

About You

  • Allied Health or legal background is preferable
  • Experience in dealing with customers, problem solve and diffusing conflict
  • Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting tasks effectively
  • Computer skills, including an ability to troubleshoot
