Working hours: Mon-Fri |  10am to 6pm (MK)

Astoria is a UK based consultancy specialising in guiding new care service providers through the complexities of starting a new care business. 

What we are looking for

We are seeking a client administrator to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. At Astoria you will have the opportunity to grow and be rewarded with an exciting and challenging career in the consulting and care sector.
You will be responsible for:

  • Answer incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Customise care policies for clients
  • Check documents submitted by clients
  • Reach out to clients to inform them of the status of their applications
  • Complete applications for clients, using copy and pasting
  • Assisting in the completion of business plans for clients

What skills & experience you'll bring to us:

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficient in data entry with a high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the health and social care sector or working with / for CQC is strongly preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
