Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and support to internal teams? We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team at Jacaranda Financial Planning and play a crucial role in liaising with Associates and Advisers to deliver ongoing support in Superannuation, Retirement Planning, Investments, and Insurance.
Perpetual Wealth Management business consists of three distinct brands in addition to Perpetual Private - Fordham, Jacaranda financial planning and Priority Life - offering a unique mix of wealth management, advice and trustee services. With a diverse range of capabilities including strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning and philanthropy. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.
At Jacaranda Financial Planning, we are a team of highly qualified advisers and technical staff that specialise in optimising super and retirement outcomes. We work closely with our clients in a friendly but disciplined way to improve their financial confidence and prosperity.
Our Senior Advisers have a combined 100+ years of experience in financial markets and financial planning, and they're backed by all the resources of the Perpetual Group.
About the Role
As a Client Service Manager, you will be providing a service and support to our Associates and Financial Advisers. Please note that this is not a client facing role.

Assist in all aspects of implementing comprehensive advice, including the preparation of onboarding documentation and managing subsequent tasks.

Ensure all advice preparation paperwork is available to the Adviser in time for the implementation meeting.

Ensure all compliance standards are met for both new and existing clients, with checklists completed in a timely manner.

Provide assistance with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Maintain a strong understanding of the workings of Xplan, ensuring tasks are orderly and up to date.
About you
We're looking for someone with:

2-3 years' experience in a similar role.

Financial Services experience with in-depth knowledge of Superannuation, Retirement Planning, Investments, and Insurance.

Xplan expertise: strong understanding and experience with Xplan software (managing and updating tasks efficiently).

Ability to build solid working relationships with key stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Effective organisational and time-management skills.

Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritising critical requests.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.

Prior experience in preparing and managing onboarding documentation.

Microsoft Office proficiency across various applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
