About the Role: As an HR Coordinator People Operations Analyst, you will deliver world-class service to managers, employees, and partners through the AskHR service desk. 

Your focus will be on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance as you support People programs across the employee lifecycle. 

You will also contribute ideas for process improvements based on your observations.

Responsibilities:

  • Triage AskHR service desk tickets to determine the best resolution path, escalating to a Center of Excellence when necessary.

  • Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely resolution within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Resolve employee inquiries using tools such as Workday for HR transactions, JIRA for ticket tracking, and Confluence as a knowledge base.

  • Alert the team to significant issues or trends and provide feedback or ideas for process or policy updates.

  • Contribute to the delivery of employee lifecycle processes from beginning to end.

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by adhering to best practices.

  • Collaborate within the People Ops Enablement team to build efficient processes and automations to reduce manual transactions.

 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, 8:30AM to 5:30PM, or 9AM to 6PM

  • Remote

 

Compensation:

  • $21.02 per hour

  • Business Casual attire

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher 

  • 1+ years of business experience in customer support, HR coordination or operations, recruiting coordination or operations, or a support analyst role

  • Experience with Workday, Jira, and GSuite

  • Project management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks

  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices

Pay Details: $21.02 per hour
