Job Description

Marketing Leads Associate

One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Marketing Leads Associate. The client combines comprehensive cyber insurance coverage and security services to help businesses prevent digital risk before it strikes.

Outreach:

  • Demo Scheduling: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce client’s cybersecurity solutions and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team, marketing leads come via webinars, website and current customer base.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Leverage a multi-touch strategy, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and nurture sequences, to maximize engagement and outreach effectiveness.
  • Follow-Up Strategy: Ensure timely follow-ups to confirm demo appointments, address prospect questions, and maintain strong engagement.

Data Gathering and Insights:

  • Lead Documentation: Record detailed notes from prospect interactions, capturing business challenges, decision-making criteria, objections, and competitive insights.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and prospect insights in client’s CRM system.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze patterns in prospect feedback, objections, and market needs to inform and improve outreach strategies.
  • Actionable Feedback: Provide meaningful insights to sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize campaigns, refine messaging, and enhance lead targeting.
  • Data Hygiene: Ensure CRM data integrity by regularly updating prospect records, removing duplicates, and verifying information accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in a marketing coordinate role, helping to develop marketing leads into MQLs ready for sales
  • 1+ years experience with a CRM
  • 2+ years in B2B tech marketing, cybersecurity a big plus
  • 2+ years talking with prospective clients for conversion
  • Prior sales experience a plus


Location: 100% remote in USA
Duration: 3-6 months to start, plus extension and contract to hire potential
Compensation: $35-45/hour DOE
Hours: 25-40/week to start depending on candidate availability and client’s needs
