JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  

    • As a Brand Support Manager, you'll guide sellers through onboarding, integrate their catalogs, and provide training on our platforms. You'll solve technical issues, assist with adding products preparing flash sales, and communicate progress with the sales team. Additionally, you'll stay updated with technical partners and improve documentation and processes.

 TASKS

    • Reporting to the Lead Brand Support France the responsibilities and duties are:  
    • Explain and guide the seller through their onboarding process to our internal platforms / BO: integration of the catalog in our tools, pieces of training on back offices etc.;
    • Find solutions adapted to the seller’s profile from a technical point of view; 
    • Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team;
    • Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems;
    • Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part of adding new products to our permanent offer/catalogs;Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part during the preparation of connected flash and campaigns;
    • Closely follow the updates from our technical partners;
    • Write and update documentation that is shareable internally and with the sellers, and proactively improve our processes.

 MUST HAVE skills

    • Experience in technical support;
    • Able to identify and analyze technical issues; 
    • Experience in the marketplace;  
    • Good communication, logic, and organization skills, 
    • Rigorous and proactive profile; 
    • Fluent in French and English. Spanish and/or Italian speakers are nice to have.
