The expected base salary range for this position is $42,750 to $60,000. This salary range may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
JOB SUMMARY: The Member Services Coordinator, with oversight from Senior Manager and Member Specialist, will perform work and ensure deliverables related to the recruitment, engagement, contracting, and payment of the independent expert consultants aka “Members”. Member: An independent Clinician/Physician or Statistician engaged as a compensated independent consultant to embody WCG’s expert committee and/or strategic consulting solutions in support of our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
- Performs member recruitment, contracting and document management as resourced by Manager of Member Services.
- Execution of monthly Member Billing responsibilities, including creating invoices, communicating with members, and ensuring all documentation is correct and reported to Finance and relevant parties per timeline requirements.
- Performing monthly updates of the project payment trackers according to that month's billing cycle for spend reporting and tracking purposes.
- Execution of Health Care Provider (HCP) Spend Reporting: including monthly supplier exchange cross-border reports for projects as required per project/Sponsor requirements and processes.
- Coordinates and manages Member and Employee travel and meeting/event planning as needed in support of Project Management.
- Negotiate terms of agreements (and rates) with support from our legal counsel.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS required or equivalent experience with at least 3 (three) years industry experience.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- At least one (1) year professional experience/office environment.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment.
- Public speaking/presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite - specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
