Job Summary:
The National Account Director will orchestrate and engage in high-volume, outbound prospecting to existing sales partners considered low or non-producing agents. This position will be responsible to mine extensive NAB database of inactive/ low producing sales partners in efforts to contact the agents and determine the potential reasons for low/non production. The role will help to identify applicable reasons for reduced production and assist engaging the appropriate internal stakeholders to determine a remedy to win back partner volume and improve overall processes and product offerings.

What you'll do:

  • Utilize Salesforce to mine low/non-producing agents to track and document contacts.
  • Make outbound calls to former ISO/1099 to reestablish the relationship
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall processes and product offerings.
  • Share remedies across NAB departments .

What we need from you:

  • Minimum three (1) years’ in sales or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
