Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Paid Social Media Specialist has 1+ years of experience in Paid Social Media marketing. Healthcare and Pharmaceutical experience a plus. Specialists support the day-to-day management of paid social efforts for client brands. They are responsible for building ads and activating paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. They are responsible for supporting Paid Social Media activities for clients, including planning, analyzing, reporting, and optimizations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Campaign Development: Build and regularly optimize paid social campaigns, QA assets, mock-up creatives, and pull data as needed.
Reporting: Pull and organize paid social to write performance insights and assists in recommending optimizations that align with client goals
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement paid social campaigns (in-platform set-up and QA & mock-up creatives, pixel creation/set-up via partners) and day-to-day tactical campaign management (budget tracking, pacing, optimization and delivery actualization)Billing actualization and invoice coding/processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to finance teams, confirmation of actualized budgets with Media teams per the processData pulling and reporting exports on a monthly basis; Understanding performance and providing campaign insights applicable to each campaign's KPI/objectiveInternal team collaboration with Social team, Media team, account leads (where applicable)Familiarity with other social platforms (e.g. TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn)Stay on the pulse of campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimizationsBecome familiar with regulations surrounding healthcare and pharmaceutical advertisingAssist team leads in the development of Paid Social strategies for clientsReview and analyze Paid Social metrics to make optimizations, recommendations, and especially reporting insightsParticipate in internal meetings and professional development opportunitiesAssist with strategy and planning for client presentations for new and/or current businessStay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in Paid Social marketplace through research and/or industry events and conferences
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study is preferred
EXPERIENCE
1+ years' experience in paid social required and experience healthcare/pharma preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Experience working with paid social platforms, with Meta being the most important
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Power Point
