About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and creative Senior Copywriter to join our team! In this role, you'll craft compelling and engaging copy across a variety of formats, including promo scripts, branded content, marketing decks, taglines, social media campaigns, CRM, and more. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand voice and storytelling while collaborating with designers, editors, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. 

The ideal candidate is not just a writer, but also a strategic thinker and researcher who can generate fresh, innovative ideas for branded content and brand partnership opportunities. Whether it's a high-impact promotional campaign, a persuasive pitch deck, or an unforgettable tagline, you know how to write in a way that resonates with diverse audiences.

This role is hybrid in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of formats, such as promotional scripts, marketing materials, brand messaging, and digital assets

  • Develop and present innovative ideas for branded content and campaigns that resonate with business goals and audience insights

  • Conduct thorough research to enhance and validate creative concepts, ensuring that the content is accurate, persuasive, and consistent with brand positioning

  • Craft engaging taglines, slogans, and messaging that strengthen brand identity and support campaign objectives

  • Write, edit, and polish marketing and sales documents, including pitch decks, one-sheets, and presentations

  • Work closely with designers, producers, editors, and cross-functional teams to ensure that the copy and visuals work together seamlessly

  • Stay informed about industry trends and audience behaviors to create copy that is fresh, relevant, and impactful

  • Adjust tone and style to suit different platforms, brands, and audience segments

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years proven experience as a copywriter in the Entertainment space. B2B experience a plus

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, from promotional scripts to digital content to tagline development

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail

  • Ability to develop creative concepts for multiple platforms from scratch

  • Proficiency in conducting research and synthesizing information into compelling narratives

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Experience with brand storytelling, messaging strategy, and marketing best practices

  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and social media trends is a plus

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Passionate fan of content in all forms

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

California Compensation

Base ($99,000 to $141,300 / year) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
