We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact initiatives within a fast-paced, performance-driven beauty organization. This role will oversee complex programs and cross-functional projects spanning Product Development, Marketing, Digital, Regulatory, and Commercial functions.

Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

• Lead end-to-end (E2E) program oversight from strategic planning through post-launch optimization
• Oversee integrated timelines, resource alignment, and cross-functional milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, including timelines, workstreams, risks, and go-to-market activities
• Drive collaborative engagement across departments including Creative, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Digital, and Finance
• Contribute to the evolution of PMO processes, tools, templates, and knowledge sharing
• Track program metrics and drive performance reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals
• May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

• Experience in beauty, pharma, skincare, and fashion industries a plus
• 8 + years of experience in project management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to drive process optimization and lead change management initiatives
• Expertise in building and managing timelines, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and project governance
• Demonstrated success leading product launches and cross-functional programs with measurable impact
• Proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and software (Smartsheet preferred)

• Office Location: Newport Beach, CA. Hybrid schedule: M/F - remote T/W/Th - onsite)
• Position reports directly to Executive Director, Program Management

Compensation & Total Rewards

The expected pay range for this position is $170,000 to $180,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
