Job Description:

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developed and maintained scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails (RoR) for the backend and React.js for the front end.
  • Optimize performance by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Deploy & manage applications on Heroku and handle cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Version Control & Collaboration using GitHub for efficient code management and teamwork.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services while ensuring security and performance.
  • Debug & troubleshoot applications to identify and fix issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development, Ruby on Rails, and React.js.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with Ruby on Rails and React.js.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architecture.
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js).
  • Experience with Heroku for deployment and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with GitHub for version control, branching, and code reviews.
  • Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON for building scalable applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS & Heroku).
  • Experience with Vault Security (TrueVault or AWS Vault).
