We are seeking a Sr. Technical Project Engineer in our Brooklyn Park, MN Location.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programs
- Organize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams
- Lead regular status meetings, project reviews to determine progress and risks, and end-of-task retrospectives
- Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership
- Manage execution of annual plan through the year by working with technical, program management and finance teams
- Identify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies.
- Improve on program management process for budgeting, planning, milestone and schedule tracking, risk management, change tracking, and lessons learned
YOU MUST HAVE:

- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in technical program management
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
WE VALUE:

- Master’s degree in a STEM field
- A background in quantum computing, optics and photonics, or experimental physics
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle including managing risk and budget
- Resourcefulness and the ability to predict challenges to proactively head-off obstacles
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
