Title: Software Engineering Advisor - Hybrid

Location: TX-Austin

Job Description:

As a Advisor, Roles amd Responsibilities

  • Solution, architect, and design disputes solutions keeping big picture in mind, meeting or exceeding best practices
  • Understand current, future business/operations/client needs and develop roadmap keeping complexity, feasibility, business value of features/functionality
  • Mentor and Coach junior members of the team and play the senior role of Release Lead.
  • Provide best practices and savings to CRM business and operations through his thorough understanding of the application
  • Perform proof of concepts for new technology adoption in CRM.
  • Provide design recommendations to implement highly scalable code components
  • Share innovative ideas with business/Operations with proof of concepts using trending technologies.
  • Keen attention to detail, problem solving and strong Analytical Skills. 
  • Participate in technical research and analysis and make recommendations on potential solutions to meet business
  • Provide advice to leaders on CRM App development and acting as the principal designer for complex systems
  • Participate on creation of end-to-end solutions that maximize alignment with target states and reuse of IT assets.
  • Partners with other teams within pharmacy space to increase the quality of alerts/INCs coming to the team
  • Provide the team with insight into the CRM PI planning roadmap and articulate technical direction and considerations
  • Create solutions that adhere to the security standards of the company and provide guidance for the secure coding practices
  • Review/approve design and logic configurations 
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computers or engineering preferred plus 8 years of experience in software development.
  • Must have knowledge of or experience with: Pega PRPC; full PRPC implementation cycle, including Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) design and rulesets design; designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management); rules and features such as Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security. In addition to Pega , knowledge in Java spring framework, AWS platform knowledge will be plus.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
