The Role at a Glance
Are you a proven marketing leader in the Investments space? Lincoln Financial is seeking a VP Investments Product Marketing to join our Financial Products product leadership marketing team.
In this crucial role you will lead marketing programs and plans for the investments product line that will result and drive market awareness of Lincoln's product and services. You will also partner with the business to develop strategy and execute key marketing initiatives for the investment product space.

What you'll be doing
- Oversee and lead the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic marketing program and plans which achieve key business objectives of the enterprise marketing for various investment products including, annuities, mutual funds, private market funds, exchange traded funds, stocks, and insurance.
- Provide thought leadership and advise executive management on marketing strategies and risks.
- Anticipate and provides strategies/solutions to highly complex marketing issues and/or concerns.
- Oversee and lead the development and implementation of marketing policies and procedures.
- Develop and oversee the overall marketing calendar for investment product marketing.
- Oversee and lead the creation of related complex communications and marketing collateral, that support consistent enterprise core messaging and business goals for the investment product suite.
- Ensures that all marketing program/plans are communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
- Ensures all marketing collateral content is accurate, relevant and consistent in terms of style, quality tone of voice, and which optimizes market awareness of Lincoln's products and/or services.
- Builds relationships and partners with executive leadership and key senior business leaders to determine strategic marketing business goals and ensure all marketing tools, collaterals and programs/plans are in alignment with the business goals and objectives
- Leads and oversees the overall development of marketing materials.
- Establishes, develops, and provides complex performance metrics and benchmarks to track and assess the effectiveness of marketing program/plans to key senior business leaders.
- Oversees and/or leads strategic marketing projects from inception to execution ensuring that plans that result in measurable business goals and drive market awareness of Lincoln's products and/or services.
- Ensures that all marketing collateral complies with all applicable regulatory requirements and is consistent with Lincoln editorial and branding standards.
What we're looking for
Must-Haves
- 12+ Years experience of advertising on marketing experience that directly aligns to the specific responsibilities for this role
- 5+ Years of senior management experience in a large complex organization including influencing senior management and critical stakeholder responsibility.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment

The pay range for this position is $157,000 - $285,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
